How do I qualify for a Mastercraft reward?

Purchase a new set of four (4) qualifying Mastercraft tires (in a single transaction) from October 1, 2016 to November 15, 2016. You can apply for your reward online or via mail.

Properly submitted and verified claims will receive the reward in U.S. dollars in the form of a Mastercraft Tire Visa® Prepaid Card issued by Citibank, N.A. To be eligible, all reward requests must be postmarked or submitted on line no later than December 15, 2016 and received not later than December 31, 2016. LATE SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

 

How do I submit a claim for my Mastercraft tire purchase?

You can apply for your reward online or via mail.

  • Online at www.mastercrafttirerebates.com. Click on “Claim Your Reward” and follow the directions to enter your name and address and upload your receipt.
  • By mail by completing the mail-in form. Please include the original dated sales receipt which must show the qualifying Mastercraft tires, purchase price and tire size.
 

What are the qualifying Mastercraft tires for this reward?

The qualifying Mastercraft tires for this event are:

  • $70 reward is available for the purchase of the following qualifying tires purchased: Cooper Zeon RS3-G1 tire.
  • $60 reward is available for the purchase of the following qualifying tires purchased: Courser AXT, Courser HXT, and Avenger Touring LSR tires.
  • $50 reward is available for the purchase of the following qualifying tires purchased: Courser HSX Tour tire.
  • $40 reward is available for the purchase of the following qualifying tires purchased: SRT Touring tire.

Substitutions are not eligible.

How long will it take to receive my reward?

Please allow 6 to 8 weeks for delivery of the Visa® Prepaid Card.

 

I looked up my status online and it says "your reward could not be processed.” What does this mean?

This message means the request could not be processed because there are irregularities with your reward submission. The original paperwork will be mailed to you with a letter of explanation from the fulfillment center. If the request was denied for a reason that can be corrected, you have the opportunity to resubmit corrected documents and still receive a reward. Please take note of program deadlines when resubmitting. How do I use the Mastercraft Tires Visa® Prepaid Card for making purchases?

The prepaid card is activated by calling the toll-free phone number provided on the card and card mailer. It can then be used everywhere Visa® debit cards are accepted. Carefully read all information provided on the card mailer regarding activation and use of the card. The card will expire 6 months from the month of issue.

 

Does my reward card expire?

Yes, your reward card will expire 6 months from the month of issuance. Lost, unused, or unused balances on cards will not be replaced after the expiration date.

 

I sent in the reward form, and after 6 – 8 weeks I still have not received my card. What do I do?

To verify the status of your reward, please email a Mastercraft Tire representative at mastercrafttirerebates@touchpoint.com or call 844-684-7218 and a representative will assist you. You can also check your rebate status here.

How do I check the balance of my Visa® Prepaid Card?

Your balance can be obtained by visiting Citi's website at www.prepaid.citi.com or by calling Citi's Customer Service Center at 888-566-4438.

 

What can I do if my Visa® prepaid card is lost, stolen or used without my authorization?

To report a lost or stolen Visa® prepaid card, please call the Customer Service Center at 888-566-4438.
